it's time to stop being caught up in pessismism. she knew the past few weeks were not her best, and she probably felt at her lowest. work was making her spin, and avalanche of deadlines were testing her patience. she almost broke. plus the emotions. it has always been the emotions.

but now, after meranti, and after ironing out the troubles with herself, she finally came to a conclusion, that her pain is minute, compared to others'. people with terminal illnesses whom do not have the luxury of time to fulfill their dreams, the broken marriages she has witnessed, the abused women who succumbed to the atrocities rendered on them, and the destitiute in society who fell through the safety net. the list can go on, and this made her realise that she's already fortunate, and whatever pain she is feeling right now is actually superficial, and will go away given ample time and space.

she's actually blessed. she has many very good friends who love and cherish her for who she is, a loving family, and a career she is passionate about. she has big dreams that she has all the time in the world to achieve; she has great courage to face her emotions and admit that she has problems coping; she has strong determination to wipe out her insecurities and trudge on bravely.

she has sheer confidence that one day, she will be free.

i know she will for she's strong. Cancerians are a resilient lot.
