friends are getting engaged, one by one. bittersweet feeling. sweet for them, it's true, people who are in love have a natural glow to them. bitter, not exactly bitter, but it does make me wonder, when's my turn. i guess females at this age are thinking about all this settling down stuff. it's not uncommon. guess it's just us. and it's just me being homey. settling down with the man i love. perfect!

marriage isn't a destination. to me, it's a journey. one with a genuine promise. a promise to grow old with the one you love, a promise that no matter what happens, you will be there for each other, a promise that you will never give up. how could people end up in divorce, i don't know. no situation is hopeless, why do they need to kill the love they once had for each other.

but it's ok, as long as we work together, nothing is insurmountable :)
